This December, our CEO, Paul Faix, took the time to do something truly special for the Fortix Philippines team—he organized an annual catch-up meeting and coaching session, all in the spirit of fostering deeper connections, strengthening our bonds, and nurturing the sense of family that makes Fortix unique.
The Challenge
As Fortix continues to scale, maintaining a strong, cohesive company culture can be a challenge. For Paul, it was clear that we needed to focus on ensuring that every team member, regardless of location or role, felt truly connected and valued. While our team in Clark was already thriving, our remote teams from Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Laguna needed more opportunities to come together, not just as coworkers, but as a family.
The Solution
After careful planning and coordination, Paul arranged flights to bring the remote teams to the Fortix PH Clark Team. This thoughtful gesture was more than just a meeting—it was about creating moments of connection and showing that at Fortix, everyone is part of something bigger.
Over the course of the week, we shared countless meaningful experiences, from coffee meetups and breakfast bonding to team lunches and dinners that reinforced our family culture.
The highlight of the week was our first-ever Team Christmas Party, held at the Grand Palazzo Royale in Clark, Pampanga. In partnership with our event organizers, the evening was filled with joy, laughter, and memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.

The result? A team that is not just professionally connected but personally invested in each other’s success. By fostering genuine relationships and breaking down hierarchies, we created an environment where everyone—no matter their role—worked together, supported each other, and celebrated as one.
