Community Help – Immunity System Boost

Dear Paul, thank you so much for creating such a wonderful platform for people to offer and seek help during these tough times.

Immediately, after reading your message, several people who don’t have any family members here in Western Australia who would look after them when they get sick, popped into my mind and I would be more than grateful to offer them assistance. And I’m sure they would do too.

I’ve done my research on different vitamins and protocols and one, which really appeal to me, was protocol from Anthony Williams, called Medical Medium. I’m sure you and other people have heard about him. I’ve been following several protocols suggested by Anthony and have all his books at home and thanks to them, my husband and I have managed to stay away from hospital and doctors. Our immune system is strong and we feel great.

I’m great believer in using nature. In my opinion healthy eating, exercise, supplements, spending time on sun getting Vitamin D, meditation, spirituality, having fun, laugh every day and spending time with family, have sense of belonging and helping others are the key ingredients for having healthy body, mind and spirit.
