After a year here, I can confidently say Fortix isn’t your average software company. Our goal is to support growth for businesses and individuals, with software and relationships as the means to achieve this aspirational goal.
What is the role of the Fortix Platform?
The Fortix Platform acts as an engine that helps businesses provide more value in less time. It’s built to evolve with the businesses we work with, allowing them to achieve more in less time and at a higher quality. As the Fortix platform adapts to clients’ needs, it supports their growth and, in turn, ours, creating a growth cycle.
What about the Fortix culture?
At Fortix, we’re building a culture that empowers each person to grow. Over the past year, the team has worked to bring multiple visions to life. We’ve faced challenges, integrated innovative solutions—such as restructuring our platform’s foundation for efficiency and scalability— and continued to grow.
How does Fortix empower personal growth?
Personal growth is at the centre of Fortix’s culture. In my recent annual review, I reflected on how Fortix encourages accountability and provides the opportunity to expand one’s ability to contribute (to grow).
While we are accountable for pushing each other to achieve more within our time commitments, we also value creating the space for people to ‘step up’ and take ownership of their work. We think this approach leads to higher-quality output and increased work satisfaction.
We continue to work towards a standard of maximising value and delivering consistent quality. As we improve, the value we bring grows, too.
