As a leader in the market, Moore Stephens provides a wide range of services to its clients. To achieve this, they implemented a large number of disconnected software and tools at both corporate and individual levels. The impact of this was the detachment of information and data flow from one business process to the other, resulting in poor reporting for management and placing a limit on growth.

The Problem

There are currently very few software options that deliver both reporting and invoicing functions simultaneously. Also, the use of the existing industry practice software has led to inefficient business practices.

The Solution

Using Fortix, client information and invoicing can be shared and used across the business. The deployment of a CRM component to meet the reporting and invoicing needs of the client was also created.

The Outcome

Moore Stephens was able to increase business efficiency. Using the custom CRM deployment, client data can now be tracked, shared and invoiced simultaneously. Removing repetitive business processes.

EXPANSION

Sign-A-Rama knows that systemisation is a requirement for any business to expand and being tied to a server-based system, means that their business wasn’t mobile, which can be very restrictive. As they were growing, they needed to formalize procedures in an electronic way and strengthen communication between staff and departments. Meaning that everything could operate through one system.

The Problem

Sign-A-Rama wanted to expand to a second location. To achieve this, there was a need to unify resources via one online system in order to deliver services more efficiently and eliminate communication gaps.

The Solution

A cloud based business management system is now managing all estimates and sales leads as well as client contacts in one location, enabling sales people to quote from the client’s location.

The Outcome

Using a connected, automated business system paid off. In less than 12 months, Sign-A-Rama achieved business growth of 40%. The time needed to prepare quotes has also been reduced by around 30%.

INCREASE

In the custom manufacturing products environment, there is a need to be able to streamline quoting and work allocation. The previous manufacturing software we used, did not allow us to manipulate bill of materials (BOM) as we needed to make changes to manufacturing procedures during the production process. We were never able to quote quickly enough via the system.

The Problem

Future Engineering’s had three main needs. The ability to use assemblies in quoting, the ability to copy previous quotes and the ability to add new resources during the quoting process without leaving the current screen.

The Solution

The solution was to automate the creation of production sheets and invoicing. Building and manufacturing processes are now coupled but can be managed from one screen according to their needs.

The Outcome

Accounts can now receive payments to Xero, before and Fortix system automatically receives the payment information. This helps reduce cost of labour from inefficient invoicing and duplications.

SRG Group is one of Australia’s leading corporate and small business, broking and claims management firms. They  offer a professional, highly personalised service and tailor insurance plans to suit individual and corporate requirements and needs. In 2019, SRG Group was declared the winner as Top Brokerage in the area of Best Digital Strategy awarded by  Insurance Business Award Australia.

The Problem

SRG faced productivity inefficiencies due to the tasks and processes required for proper compliance. A centralised and systemised deployment was required to increase their productivity growth.

The Solution

Every task is now recorded and assigned in Fortix as a work request. Work requests are classified and time-framed. The team can collaborate through work requests, see communication and status.

The Outcome

Every employee can see their current work pipeline and management can view the entire business pipeline to make key executive decisions. This has led to productivity growth for SRG Group.
